In our dental office, we offer three types of sedation dentistry.
Nitrous Oxide Sedation Dentistry - Better known as "laughing" gas, nitrous oxide can help you relax during your visit to the dentist. Typically, it's used in conjunction with Novocain.
Oral Sedation Dentistry - Thanks to oral sedation dentistry, you can take a pill and "sleep" through your visit to the dentist, with little or no memory of your appointment afterward. You're actually conscious throughout the procedure, but comfortable and relaxed, with an hour passing as if it were a minute. Throughout your entire visit, we monitor your pulse, blood pressure, and oxygen levels to ensure your safety.
IV Sedation Dentistry - A nurse anesthetist with more than 25 years experience administers general anesthesia through an IV in your arm. Throughout your entire visit, we monitor your pulse, blood pressure, and oxygen levels to ensure your safety.
